Doing business with the federal government can be intimidating. The myriad ​of rules in federal contracting can be a stark contrast to the simpler, more ​familiar commercial and consumer worlds. Our mission is to elucidate the ​process of finding, bidding, winning and executing work with the US ​government so you can focus more on what you do best: supporting your ​customer’s mission.

Founded in 2023 by Steve Kennedy, a former finance leader with a large ​defense contractor, Silures was created to help the industrial base navigate ​the complexities of the Federal Acquisition Regulations in order to ensure a ​sustainable industrial base and to aid the US government in expanding their ​procurement options by helping purely commercial business enter the ​contracting community.
